Return and Exchange Policy

Only defective or damaged items are eligible for return.
If you received a product with a clear manufacturing defect – we apologize. In such cases, we are committed to either replacing the item or refunding the amount paid.

Return conditions:
– Only unopened items in their original packaging are accepted.
– Returns are only possible if the item has an obvious defect or was damaged during transportation.
– Food products cannot be returned or exchanged if they have been opened, used, or damaged due to the customer's fault.

To initiate a return:
Contact us via email at info@nuvoshop.lt within 3 business days of receiving the shipment.
Please include your order number, the product in question, and a description of the defect (with clear photos attached).
Once the return is approved, you must send the item back within 5 business days.

Return shipping costs are covered by the customer.
Returns can be sent via a parcel locker – the final parcel locker address will be confirmed by email.
