Discover a decaf coffee that rivals regular coffee in both taste and quality. This single origin Peruvian Arabica is shade-grown and handpicked, then fermented for 12–16 hours before being sun-dried in solar dryers to preserve maximum natural character.
Caffeine is removed not through chemicals, but via the Swiss Water® method—a 100% chemical-free, water-based process performed in Vancouver, Canada. Beans are soaked, caffeine is extracted using activated charcoal filtration, and then the beans are returned into the original extract and dried to optimal moisture. The result is a clean, flavorful coffee without the caffeine.
